You should be able to search for "atlantapanthers" using the instructions above to find your team. There are about 20 teams that will show up in the search result, but only a few are named exactly "Atlanta Panthers". You should be able to preview them to find the one that's yours.
You can also find information there on how to create teams using an X360 or PS3 persona.
Also, we are currently working on a fix that will allow you to migrate schools from your Web Persona to your X360 or PS3 Persona. This will allow you to find your schools much easier in game. However, the quickest way to get your school now is to use the instructions linked above.
